Shipping
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched. This does not include shipping times. All orders are shipped with Australia Post with tracking.
Standard Domestic | 3-10 days | $15
Express Domestic | 2-5 days | $20
International NZ | 5-30 days | $25
International Worldwide | 5-30 days | $40
Domestic shipping is free for orders over $150 AUD.
Please note that for international orders, any additional custom duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. 
All orders are packaged in 100% home compostable shipping mailers.
Lost or Stolen Shipments

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, or for packages that are left, lost, or stolen. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received. However, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package.

Return Policy

Items purchased can be returned for exchange once, or for store credit if we are contacted within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping is at the customer's expense, as well as the shipping cost for any exchanges where an exchange is chosen.
For items to be eligible they must be in the same original condition as when sent, unworn, with all tags still attached and without any blemishes or odours. 

Refunds are only able to be processed in the case of goods being faulty and if we are contacted within 5 days of receiving your order. 

How to return an item:

1. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order via email at contactacalstore@gmail.com. Please state the reason for your return. If in the case of a faulty item being received, please provide clear photos within your email. Please note that we do not accept any returns if contacted outside of the 5 day period.
2. Once the return is approved by acal store, please repackage your item(s) with swing tags still attached, and either in the original or new packaging. Please ensure that any item(s) being returned are safely packaged, as we will not be able to process any exchanges or store credits for any lost or damaged returns. 

3. Email proof of postage with a tracking number to contactacalstore@gmail.com within 5 days of the return being approved by acal store via email.
4. Once we receive the return, we will contact you to process your exchange/store credit as long as the item(s) meet the above requirements.
